Randy Rainbow, the comedian and YouTube sensation, is appearing during Atlanta Pride Week at the Jungle on Wednesday, October 11 in a benefit for Lost-n-Found Youth. The event, hosted by the incomparable Bubba D. Licious, is sponsored in part by The Rivers Edge campground, Tito’s Vodka, Project Q Atlanta, and the Georgian Terrace Hotel.
Randy Rainbow is a comedian, actor, singer and writer based in New York. He is most notable for writing, editing and starring in a series of humorous YouTube viral videos. In his early work, he stages fake phone conversation s with famous people by editing real audio clips of those celebrities. Rainbow gained audience during the 2016 American Presidential campaign, and his recent work has focused on the satirical fodder provided by Donald Trump and his cadre.
Lost-n-Found Youth is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to take homeless lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered youths up to age 25 off the streets and transition them into more permanent housing. Services to these local youths include emergency housing, referrals to HIV/STD testing, health and dental services, assistance for lost or stolen birth certificates and driver’s licenses, resume writing and many more.
