Michael Rupert Joins Lost-n-Found Youth’s Board of Directors in October 2018

(Atlanta, Georgia) – Lost-n-Found Youth is pleased to announce the election of Michael Rupert, Business Support Manager at Bank of America, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Rupert leads employee engagement efforts for 11,000 employees in the Chief Technology Organization, including management of the onboarding program for all new employees. In his 23 years at the bank, Mr. Rupert has developed expertise in financial management, by supervising a 40 million dollar budget and driving projects which saved over 1 million dollars. For much of his career, Mr. Rupert has worked in technology and operations, enabling him to leverage technology in the furtherance of organizational goals.

His background makes him an ideal addition to our Board. Mr. Rupert also brings a wide range of non-profit experience with him. Since October 2012 he has volunteered on the LNFY Hotline, managing processes and volunteers to serve homeless youth 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He is the Co-Chair of Bank of America’s LGBT+ Pride Georgia, an employee resource group that represents over 400 LGBT+ employees and allies. He has also volunteered in the past at various Ronald McDonald houses and for Project Open Hand.
