(Atlanta, Georgia) – Lost-n-Found Youth (LNFY) has just concluded a national search for a new Director of Programs. The search resulted in the selection of veteran nonprofit manager and community leader Ernest Walker. Mr Walker comes to us from the District of Columbia and brings 15 years of progressive leadership experience in public policy development, financial and program management, advocacy, and coalition building. In his role as Director of Programs Mr. Walker will report directly to the Board of Directors. He will collaborate with Director of Operations, Nasheedah Bynes-Muhammad to provide executive leadership for the organization. “We’ve worked for the last two years to build LNFY’s fiscal and procedural infrastructure on the operations side of things. We’ve brought Mr. Walker in to do that work on the programmatic side. LNFY is a rapidly growing organization and putting wheels on a moving train ain’t easy, but he is the guy for it,” said Ms. Muhammad.
